Unlike standard tap water, reverse osmosis water is filtered to reduce chlorine, heavy metals, minerals, and impurities that may leave residue behind or contribute to skin and coat irritation.

Signature Photo, When Appropriate
After each grooming experience, we love to capture a finished photo of your emperor to celebrate their fresh look and polished presentation. Photos may be shared on our Facebook page for clients and families to enjoy. To protect privacy, photos are taken discreetly before identifying tags or collars are placed back on at pickup. If your dog does not allow a photo comfortably, we will never force it. If you are a private client or prefer that your dog not be photographed or posted, simply let us know and your request will be fully respected.
