At The Dog Empire, becoming a client is more than scheduling an appointment — it is entering a private standard of canine care designed for dogs who are treated like family.

Every emperor welcomed into The Dog Empire receives a calm, one-on-one experience built around comfort, coat condition, timing, trust, and presentation. We do not operate like a high-volume grooming salon, and we do not accept every appointment simply to fill the schedule. Our environment is intentionally protected so each dog receives the time, attention, and care they deserve.

For new clients, we begin by learning about your dog’s lifestyle, coat, grooming history, temperament, and current needs. This helps us determine the right experience, the proper timing, and whether The Dog Empire is the right fit for your emperor.

Once accepted as a client of The Dog Empire, standing appointments are strongly recommended. Pre-booking protects your dog’s preferred appointment time, supports consistent coat maintenance, and ensures the time reserved for your dog is not released to another client during the season.

For safety, new client dogs must be under 10 years old. We do not specialize in senior pets.
