Ryan has been grooming since 2011, with experience across corporate salons, high-volume environments, and family-owned grooming businesses. After years inside the industry, he saw the same problems again and again: rushed appointments, overcrowded salons, inconsistent standards, unnecessary stress on dogs, and clients left feeling like their pets were just another number on the schedule.

Ryan believed grooming could be done differently.

The Dog Empire was created from that belief — a private, one-on-one canine care experience built around safety, timing, trust, presentation, and elevated service. Every detail was designed intentionally: no overcrowding, no unnecessary waiting, no rushed handling, and no confusing add-ons. The things clients disliked about traditional grooming were removed. The things they valued most — communication, consistency, comfort, cleanliness, and beautiful results — became the foundation.

Today, The Dog Empire reflects Ryan’s original vision: a higher standard of care for dogs who are treated like family and clients who expect excellence.
